David is the Managing Director of Noontide Investments Limited. David has worked in stockbroking and funds management for the past 17 years. David has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics from Macquarie University. Between 1991 and 1995 he worked as a dealer on the options trading floor. In 1995 he was appointed the manager of the branch office network for stockbroker Rivkin Croll Smith based in Melbourne. Since 1998 he has been managing several private companies involved in options trading and investment in listed and unlisted equities. Since 2004 David has been a director of Providence Wealth Advisory Group, an independent wealth manager providing advice to high net worth families. During this time David has also been a member of the Providence Investment Committee.
Phil was involved in stockbroking for 34 years including time at Fecknoe & Osbourne, Jackson Graham Moore & Partners and Potter Partners as an institutional dealer. He was the Managing Director of Pont Securities Ltd for 9 years and a member of the ASX from 1991. Phil was the managing partner of Rivkin Croll Smith for 5 years. Since 1998 Phil has been a director of Noontide Securities Pty Limited.
Bruce joined Noontide as Director in 2017. He is an Executive Director and Director with over 30 years in senior and management roles with investment banks and securities firms such as BZW, ABN, AMRO and Morgan Stanley. He had held positions including Head of Institutional Sales and Director of Austock Securities Limited which controlled the investment banking activities of Austock Group Limited (ACK), an ASX listed company. Bruce is a Director of private companies and a Member of AICD.
